Why Facial Massage?

Our Skin is our largest organ. It is also our bodies first line of protection against bacteria, illnesses, disease, weather, pain, toxins and so on. Today, toxins are around us everywhere and sadly unavoidable. Our skin is also one of the only ways in which toxins can exit the body. Therefore, it is imperative that we not only look after our skin but that we prepare it and help it to recover from ongoing challenges.

Facials exercise the skin, making the tissues firmer and therefore like any other body part that we exercise - creating a toned and uplifted effect. Additionally, they increase blood flow and oxygen circulation under the skin, which emits fluid retention and puffiness. Circulation is imperative in that it brings oxygen and nutrients to the skin while also secreting toxins and helping rid them from your body.

Your face is the first thing that represents you. It describes you, makes an impression on others, and communicates with them.
