Face Lifting Massages
Indulge in a facial with me
What do I do? What is the purpose of my work? How does it benefit you?

I specialize in face-lifting massages. Let me introduce you to the concept of face massage and explain why choosing me is a great idea.

The tradition of massages spans 3000 years. If you search for face-lifting massage on Google, you'll come across numerous articles detailing its origins. I'll summarize what I've gathered and provide my perspective.

Facial massage is an ancient technique rooted in various cultures such as China, Greece, Persia, Japan, Mexico, France, Sweden, and India. Each culture has significantly contributed to how we practice facial massage today. It's a phenomenon that continues to grow, endorsed by everyone from women's magazines to successful beauty and skincare specialists. Even celebrities like JLo, Meghan Markle, Chrissy Teigen, Selena Gomez, and Hailey Bieber have embraced these treatments.
Achieving great skin isn't solely dependent on genetics—your daily habits and regular treatments play a crucial role in how your skin looks.

Face massage can significantly impact the elasticity and tone of your face, providing a healthy, youthful appearance. You could describe the benefits as 'waking up your face.' Experience a boost of energy and a sense of balance, leading to relaxation and rejuvenation for that coveted glow.

Regular facial exercises and massages promote blood circulation to different face areas, replenishing oxygen in the muscles and skin.

Did you know your face and neck contain around 68 muscles connected to the skin's surface? What sets facial muscles apart from typical skeletal muscles?

Facial muscles don't all attach directly to bone like they do in the rest of the body. Instead, many of them attach under the skin. This allows you to contract your facial muscles just a tiny bit and make dozens of different kinds of faces. Even the smallest movement can turn a smile into a frown" (Kids Health medical expert article).
I am not against injectables at all. There is a time and place for everything. You don't have to be on "team all-natural" or "all injectables." I call it "mix & match." Injectables and face massages can work together, providing harmonious and natural results. After all, you don't want exceptionally wrinkle free skin that just looks "iron flat"—you still want "that glow."

I would recommend having a series of face massages before proceeding with injectables. Three face massages in sequence should really yield fantastic results before considering Botox, fillers, or laser treatments. Just remember, start with manual face stimulations, then consider injectables or more serious, invasive procedures.

Your face is the first thing that represents you. It describes you, makes an impression on others, and communicates with them.
I have trained in Kobido Elements face-lifting massages and bespoke Hollywood Lifting facial massage (lymphatic drainage). These are two different massages where Kobido Elements is more demanding manually, making it invigorating for the skin, while Hollywood FL is focused on lymphatic drainage. Both massages have a long list of benefits, slowing down aging, working on lymphatic drainage, stimulating blood circulation, relaxing constrained facial muscles, toning the skin, and hydrating and nurturing the skin through even skincare application. They also help smooth out fine lines, reduce puffiness and inflammation, promote a clearer skin appearance, and aid in relaxation and stress relief.
