Reservation Policy

· Reservations for all treatments & services, including consultations, require an advance payment of £15 at the time of booking any treatment. 

 

· The deposit will be deducted from the treatment cost.

 

· If you wish to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will non-refundable.

 

· If you make a booking, fail to pay the deposit & then fail to come to the appointment. I reserve the right to request that any subsequent booking is paid in full before the treatment.

 

· Arrival time, please arrive on time. I reserve the right to decline the treatment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your deposit may not be refunded. 

 

· Please avoid wearing heavy make to you scheduled appointment as it takes time to clean the skin properly prior the treatment. This limits my ability to provide a full service.

 

· Unfortunately, you may only change your booking twice within the 24h policy.
